Strawberry Muffins

Strawberry muffins – perfect for breakfast! Delicious, fun and short-lived. 🙂
Ingredients
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 75 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 175 g flour
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 75 g ground almonds
- 2 teaspoon baking powder (no slide)
- 3 tbsp milk or cream
- 12 small strawberries
Directions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Beat the butter, sugar and vanillin well.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
- Add milk, sifted flour with baking powder and ground almonds. Mix well.
- Put 1 tablespoon in the molds. l. dough, then lay out the strawberries and cover with the remaining dough.
- Bake strawberry muffins in an oven preheated to 170-175 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- When the strawberry muffins have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
