Strawberry Pie (Multicooker)

The strawberry season has begun. You can bake a strawberry sponge cake. It cheers you up with the delicious aroma of fresh baked goods and the brightness of fresh berries. Let’s cook a strawberry pie in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries – 300 g + 50-100 g for decoration
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Flour – 0.75 cups
  • Butter – about 20 g
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 pack
  • Coconut flakes for decoration (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for 5 minutes, so that the mass slightly increases.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a separate container: flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Combine eggs, beaten with sugar, with mixed dry products.
  4. Grease the multicooker pan up to half with butter (thanks to the baking powder, the dough will rise). Pour the prepared dough into a slow cooker.
  5. Wash the strawberries carefully and dry them with a paper towel. Cut large berries in half, leave small ones whole.
  6. Put strawberries (300 g) on ​​the dough. We try to “submerge” the berries in the dough.
  7. Select the Baking program and set the cooking time to 40 minutes.
    When the cooking time is over, turn off the multicooker, and open the lid. Leave the strawberry sponge cake in the slow cooker for 10 minutes to cool slightly. Using a steamer container, we take out the strawberry pie from the multicooker.
  8. Decorate the finished strawberry pie with fresh strawberries and, if desired, coconut flakes.
