Multicooker Chicken

What could be tastier and easier than a chicken stewed with vegetables in a slow cooker? She is preferred by many housewives, especially when you need to quickly prepare lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 800 Grams (different parts at your discretion)
  • Tomatoes – 1-2 Pieces
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Sweet green pepper – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Bay leaf – 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil, salt, pepper, herbs – To taste

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash it under running water. Then dry the bird with paper towels.
  2. Peel the onions and carrots. Wash them with peppers and tomatoes. Cut all vegetables into slices. Can be cut into strips.
  3. Transfer the chicken pieces with vegetables to the multicooker bowl, salt and add oil. Sauté vegetables and chicken for ten minutes.
  4. Add a glass of water and bay leaf to the multicooker bowl. Put the multicooker on the “Stew” mode and cook the dish for half an hour. Add finely chopped herbs at the end.
