- 750 g mascarpone
- 250 g yourt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- some sugar
- 750 g strawberries
- 250 g raspberries
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cl raspberry spirit

- Mix the mascarpone, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar. Puree the strawberries, raspberries, sugar and raspberry spirit, if necessary leave some strawberries for garnish. Pour the cream and fruit into a glass in layers. Put in a cool place for a while.
