Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries, fully ripe
- 500 ml apple cider vinegar, naturally cloudy
- 1 tablespoon honey

- Wash the strawberries carefully, quarter them and pour them into a clean 1 liter preserving jar. Pour the apple cider vinegar over the strawberries and add the honey. Cover the jar with a cloth and place in a cool, dark place. Let it steep for two to three weeks.
- Stir a few times in between.
- Then strain the red vinegar and fill it into a pretty bottle.
- Also makes a small souvenir or gift.
