  • Pork (pulp) – 600 g
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Green onion – several feathers
  • Dill – a few twigs
  • Green olives – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Garlic powder – to taste
  • Sunflower oil – 30 ml

Directions

  1. Pork loin is best for making stuffed meatloaf, but you can also use a shoulder blade. The set of spices in this recipe is minimal, but you can add those that you like. From greens, you can use parsley, green onions, dill, cilantro, if you like.
  2. Cut a piece of pork lengthwise like a book.
  3. Place a piece of meat between two layers of film and beat off on both sides. Thus, we increase the area of ​​the formation, reduce its thickness and give the desired shape.
  4. Remove the top film.
  5. Prepare the ingredients for the filling: grate cheese, coarsely chop the olives, finely chop the greens.
  6. Salt and pepper a layer of meat, sprinkle with dried garlic.
  7. Put the filling on the layer of meat.
  8. Using the outer film, wrap the meat in a roll.
  9. We will pack the roll in a mesh. Salt the meat on the outside, rub in the spices and leave for an hour.
  10. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and bake a roll filled with cheese, olives and herbs in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 50-60 minutes.
  11. The roll needs to be cooled for several hours, after that remove the mesh and you can cut it.
