- 1 bag vegetables, frozen (Italian vegetable pan)
- 500 g potato (s), waxy
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- possibly spice (s), depending on your taste
- salt

- Put the frozen vegetables (do not need to thaw) in a large bowl. Peel, halve and slice the potatoes. Add to the vegetables, add the oil and mix everything well. Place the vegetable and potato mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook at approx. 200 ° C for about 30 to 40 minutes (poke a potato slice in between).
- Attention!
- Since most of the vegetables are already heavily seasoned, I just add the oil for now and add seasoning if necessary. This also applies to the salt. If you like, you can add herbal quark or tzaziki.
