Ingredients
- 750 g dumplin douh Thurinian style
- 1 medium egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon wild garlic pesto
- 125 ml Cremefine for cooking
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), finely diced
- 1 tablespoon oil, possibly seasoned
- possibly diced ham
- possibly cheese, grated
- possibly salt and pepper

- Mix well the dumpling dough with the finely diced onion and all the other ingredients except the oil, season with salt and pepper if necessary. The mass is usually spicy enough thanks to the pesto and the finished dumpling dough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture on top in the thickness of potato pancakes. Now spread the oil on it with a pastry brush. If you like, you can sprinkle ham cubes and / or grated cheese on top. Bake at 180 ° C for about 35 minutes.
