Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon rum
  • 3 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 0.5 ½ pack orange peel flavor
  • 6 tablespoon cranberry jam
  • 6 ladyfingers
  • 3 egg whites, beaten to stiff snow

Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Stir in the orange peel, rum, orange liqueur and quark. Carefully fold in the egg whites. Chill the cream.
  2. Garnish with grated ladyfingers and cranberry jam before serving.
