Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 600 ml milk
  • 300 ml flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 3 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Clarified butter for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with milk, melted butter, eggs and salt and let the dough stand for half an hour.
  2. Then melt a little clarified butter in a small pan and add a spoonful of batter and let it flow while swirling the pan. Bake the pancakes light brown on both sides and keep warm until all are baked.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit, sugar and cinnamon, fruit puree or jam.
