- 50 g rapeseed oil
- 3 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper, white
- 2 pinches sugar
