Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 7 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 ½ point flavor, (lemon flavor)
  • 1 small Bottle / s aroma, (vanilla aroma)
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 100 g suar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 50 g suar, small chunks rock candy
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Bottle / s aroma, (vanilla aroma)

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, lemon and vanilla flavor, milk, oil, rum, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl with a whisk.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to the quark mixture and mix well with your hand. Knead the dough well, roll it into a sausage and divide into 8 pieces. If it`s too sticky, just add a little flour. Now work in the rock candy and then shape the dough into rolls.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the powdered sugar, add half a bottle of vanilla flavor and brush the rolls with it.
  4. Bake the rolls at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes
  5. Instead of the rock candy, you can knead chocolate chips into the dough.
