Ingredients
- 500 g batate (s) (sweet potatoes)
- 100 g butter, soft
- 175 grams sugar
- 125 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- some nutmeg
- some cinnamon
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cake base (pie crust, in my recipes)

- Cook the sweet potatoes in their skins for a good 40 minutes, until they are completely soft. Rinse with cold water and remove the peel. Finely mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl, add the butter and stir with the mixer. Add sugar, milk, eggs and spices. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake the pie at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes.
- Serve lukewarm with vanilla ice cream.
