Sweet Sausage

Sweet lovers, this recipe is for you. Favorite sweet sausage since childhood.

Ingredients

  • Shortbread cookies – 300 g
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Cocoa – 3 tbsp
  • Condensed milk – 5 tablespoon.
  • Peanuts – 100 g

Directions

  1. Grind shortbread cookies in a blender and pour into a bowl.
  2. Coarsely chop the peanuts with a knife or crush them with a rolling pin on a cutting board.
  3. Mix cocoa with sugar and condensed milk.
  4. Put cocoa with condensed milk on low heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and cool slightly.
  6. Cut the cold butter into 2×2 cm cubes. Add the butter to the saucepan and mix well the chocolate mass.
  7. Add cookies and peanuts to the chocolate mass. Add in small portions to form a thick, viscous mixture.
  8. Spread foil on the table. Grease it with butter. Place some of the chocolate mass with the cookies and smooth out. Wrap the foil tightly, shaping the chocolate mass into a sausage shape.
    I got 5 pieces.
  9. Put the sweet sausage in the refrigerator until it cools completely.
  10. When serving, cut the sausage into slices, remove the foil and serve the sweet sausage with tea.
