  • 100 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 15 g yeast, fresh
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 g butter, soft

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk, put it in a mixing bowl, crumble in the yeast and add 15 g of the sugar. Mix well and let the yeast work for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Cut the dough crosswise with a sharp knife. This takes the tension off the dough. Now place in the cold Airfryer and bake at 150 ° C for about 15 - 20 minutes. After 5 - 10 minutes of baking time, brush the surface with a little butter and finish baking. Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack.
