Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce, homemade or finished product, approx.
  • 1 packet spinach leaves, frozen

  • some pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon milk or cream
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Defrost the spinach. Cook the pasta as usual.
  2. After draining, fry in a pan with a little oil. Add the spinach, after heating, pour the hollandaise sauce over it, season well and the meal is ready!
  3. Also, depending on how much sauce is used, some people may find it a little too thick, who can dilute a little with a little milk or cream. Usually, if you want to reheat the food again, this may be necessary!
