- 200 g hollandaise sauce
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)

- Thaw the spinach leaves. If the salmon is frozen, it must also thaw.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Peel the onion and garlic, cut into cubes and fry in a greased pan.
- Squeeze out the thawed spinach leaves well, pull apart and season well with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix the fried onions and garlic with the spinach leaves.
- Put the spinach leaves in a baking dish. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place on the spinach.
- Pour the finished hollandaise over the salmon. With us, it`s a meal for days when things have to go quickly, so I use ready-made hollandaise. If you want, you can of course make the Hollandaise yourself. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx. 18 - 20 minutes with top / bottom heat on the 2nd rack from below (convection is NOT recommended as the fish dries out).
- Fried potatoes go well with it.
