Ingredients

  • 600 g vine tomato (s), lare, red
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper, colored or black from the mill
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 g Mancheo
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, fan-assisted 180 ° C. Clean the vine tomatoes, rinse, pat dry, cut into slightly thicker slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Season with a little sea salt and a few turns of colored or black pepper from the mill. Rinse off the rosemary, shake dry and finely cut the needles. Peel off the garlic clove and chop finely. Roughly grate the Manchego.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese, rosemary and garlic and spread on the tomato slices, drizzle with the olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
