Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • some butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Tarragon, dried
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Warm the cream and melt some butter in it. Season to taste with lemon juice. Stir in the dried tarragon and add a pinch of nutmeg.
  2. Tastes very good with fish or pork medallions.
