Ingredients

  • 500 g cream cheese (ricotta)
  • 250 g cream cheese (e.. Philadelphia)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon orange (n) extract
  • 1 orange (s), juice and zest

Instructions

  1. Beat the ricotta and cream cheese with the eggs until smooth. Add the sugar, flour, extract, three spoons of the orange juice and the zest and mix well.
  2. Pour into a springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Serve decorated with a little orange peel.
  4. A fruit coulis made from raspberries or peaches tastes good with it.
