Tiramisu in a Glass

Tiramisu in a glass is an easy to prepare and delicious dessert that can be prepared in a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • Espresso / strong coffee – 100-150 ml
  • Egg yolk – 1 pc.
  • Powdered sugar – 1-2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Mascarpone – 250 g
  • Savoyard – 100 g
  • Cocoa powder – to taste
  • Chocolate – 50 g (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare a cup of sweet, strong coffee of your choice. Chill the drink completely before starting the dessert.
  2. Separate the egg yolk from the white. We don’t need protein. Add 1-2 tablespoons to the egg yolk. powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the ingredients for a few minutes, until the mixture turns white. Add mascarpone and mix well.
  3. Hold the glasses for serving dessert over the steam for a few seconds in order to moisten the bottom and sides.
  4. Then dust the glasses with cocoa powder. Pour the chilled coffee into a separate container.
  5. Dip the Savoyardi in coffee on both sides. Then break the cookies into pieces and place them in the bottom of the glass.
  6. Add a little melted chocolate, liqueur, or flavored alcohol (1-2 teaspoon) if desired. Add a few tablespoons of the prepared cream. And repeat the layers, gradually filling the glass completely.
  7. Place the prepared dessert in the refrigerator. After 30-40 minutes, tiramisu in cups can be served, but if you let it brew for several hours, it will only taste better.
  8. Sprinkle the chilled dessert with cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
  9. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve. Tiramisu in a glass is ready!
