Toast with Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs

Instructions

Toast the bread slices until crispy, spread thinly with butter and top with the smoked salmon.
Whisk the eggs with salt and dill and let them set in heated butter while stirring constantly, but do not let them become too firm.
Spread the scrambled eggs on the toast, cover each with a few onion rings, grind with pepper and serve immediately.
