Toast the bread slices, brush with butter and top with a slice of salmon ham and Gouda cheese each.
Bake the toasts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in the preheated oven until the cheese starts to melt. Then take it out, break 1 egg over each toast and put it back in the oven for about 2 minutes until the egg white has hardened. Season with salt and colored pepper from the mill.
Instead of salmon ham and Gouda, smoked salmon also goes very well. This snack is suitable either for breakfast, brunch or with a mixed salad as a small dinner.
