  • 125 g oatmeal
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s)
  • some parsley, finely chopped
  • some cream

Instructions

  1. The oat flakes are lightly roasted in hot butter while stirring, then slowly boiled with warm broth (very important that the broth is warm!). You add the onion in which you put the cloves and let the soup simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. To refine the soup, add a little cream and finely chopped parsley.
