Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 tablespoon water

For covering:

  • 600 g tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch chives
  • some thyme
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 36 g parmesan, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, eggs, oil, salt and water well and let the dough rest for an hour. Then roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Mix the eggs with chives, thyme, milk, crème fraîche and parmesan well in a bowl and season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  3. Cover the dough with the tomatoes and pour the egg icing evenly over it. Bake at 200 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
