- 30 g parsley
- 2 packs mozzarella
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, fruity raspberry vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
- salt

- Cut tomatoes, cucumber and mozzarella into slices and layer in rows at an angle.
- Mix the parsley, olive oil, raspberry vinegar, salt and garlic in a blender and spread over the top. Let it infuse for 5-10 minutes.
- It goes well with fish, meat, poultry or just flat bread or baguette.
