- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 4 basil leaves, red
- Balsamic vinegar
- Oil (olives or any oil)
- pepper

- Cut the tomatoes into thin round slices and arrange on plates with the mozzarella. Scatter the onions and the cut basil leaves on top, season with pepper from the mill and salt. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar just before serving and you can enjoy this salad.
