- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 4 tomato (s), large and firm
- Basil, fresh
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- Balsamic, light

- Wash tomatoes, cut into slices (cut out the stalk) and arrange on a plate. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar and garnish with the basil leaves. Let it sit briefly and serve.
