Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato (s), (400 g)
  • 1 small red pepper (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 liter ½ broth
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • salt and pepper
  • tomato paste
  • 1 sachet rice, (250 g)
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the bag of rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Finely dice the bell pepper, onion and clove of garlic and sauté in a little hot oil. Then add the tomatoes and broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Then puree very finely with the hand blender together with the 1/2 cup of cream and season with salt, pepper and tomato paste.
  3. Finally mix rice and soup and serve.
