  • Chicken eggs 1 pc.
  • Nutmeg 1 pinch
  • Unsalted butter 2 tablespoon
  • Broth (meat) 800 ml
  • Parmesan cheese 100 g
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Greens 1 bunch
  • Wheat flour 300 g
  • Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoon

Tortellini in Diet Broth Instructions

  1. Tortellini – Italian dumplings made from unleavened dough with meat, cheese or vegetables.
  2. They are especially popular in the cuisine of Emilia Romagna, where they are eaten as a snack.
  3. We are sharing a recipe for a delicious Italian dish.
  4. Prepare ingredients.
  5. Knead the dough from flour, eggs, a pinch of salt and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, roll into a ball, cover with a towel and set aside for an hour.
  6. Then melt a couple of tablespoons of butter in a frying pan and fry the meat.
  7. Then turn this meat in a food processor, adding mortadella, ham, egg and a little parmesan.
  8. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and add nutmeg.
  9. Take out the dough and roll it out thinly and cut out circles with a diameter of 4 cm.
  10. Put a spoonful of minced meat on each circle, moisten the edges with milk or water and close up, having previously formed a crescent, the corners of which are connected to make a ring or a bud.
  11. Put the broth on the fire, bring to a boil, add tortellini and simmer for 4-5 minutes over low heat.
  12. Serve the finished dish with broth, sprinkle generously with parmesan and herbs.
