  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cube broth
  • 40 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 scoop mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in a little oil in a pan. Add the onion and, when the onion is nice and translucent, add the cream. I always use half cream and half milk because of the calories. Put the stock cube in, crushed. Mix everything well and then add the parmesan (the one from the bag also works) and the mozzarella.
  2. Tortellini or tagliatelle go well with it.
