Ingredients

  • 500 tortellini, (filling as desired)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 slices ham, cooked
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ broth, grained
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion (s)
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water.
  2. Chop the onion very finely and sauté in hot oil. Add the cream and bring to the boil, then add the parmesan and the spices and stir everything until a thick sauce is formed (be careful, not too hot otherwise it will burn). Finally add the ham cut into cubes and mix everything with the cooked tortellinis.
  3. Simply delicious.
