Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 point gnocchi
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly wine, white
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

  1. First put the gnocchi on. Then finely chop the onions and garlic and fry them in a little oil. Drain the tuna and add. Steam briefly and deglaze with cream. If you want, you can add a dash of white wine, we`ve also tried cognac.
  2. Add a little more milk and bring to the boil. Then bind with tomato paste and season with salt and pepper and possibly chili powder. Add the finished gnocchi and let stand for 5 minutes in the closed pan without heat.
  3. With fresh baguette.
