- 2 cans tuna, in oil
- 1 can beans, thick white (approx. 400g)
- 1 stick celery
- 1 bell pepper (s), (/2 red + /2 yellow)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Lemons)

- Pour off the tuna oil a little. Wash and drain beans. Cut the celery into thin slices. Finely dice the paprika. Mix the above ingredients carefully. Season to taste with a little salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon. Garnish with thinly sliced onion and chopped parsley.
