Ingredients

  • 1 turkey schnitzel
  • 2 slices cheese (semi-hard cheese, e.g. Leerdammer, Emmentaler or similar)
  • 3 slices ham, raw
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 potato (s), depending on size
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut 2/3 across so that the potatoes stay in one piece. Cut the garlic into thin slices. Layer the garlic slices between the potato slices.
  2. Put the potatoes in an ovenproof dish, season with salt and pepper and brush well with olive oil. Cook in the oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 30 - 40 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, rinse off the turkey schnitzel, pat dry, then pat thinly. Salt and pepper gently. Place the two cheese slices on top and roll them up into a roulade. Place the three ham slices, slightly overlapping, on the work surface and wrap the roulade in them, secure with toothpicks.
  4. Fry the roulade all around for a few minutes, wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven with the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
