Ingredients

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 small Can (s) mushrooms
  • 4 canned peach (s), halved
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bag / s soup (onion soup master class)
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Chop the turkey meat, cut the peaches into wedges, drain the mushrooms. Mix the sour cream with the onion soup powder. Grease a baking dish and spread the turkey meat in it. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of curry. Then spread the peach wedges and mushrooms over the meat. Spread the onion and sour cream mixture over the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. Baked in a preheated oven at 175 ° for about 30-40 minutes.
  2. White bread and iceberg mandarin salad tastes good with it.
