  • 4 turkey schnitzel, 1 bag hash browns, frozen
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 150 g bacon, cubes
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Let the hash browns defrost. Never thaw properly.
  2. Mix the rösti mixture well with the cream, sour cream, diced ham and cheese. If you like, you can also add a few herbs (chives or flat-leaf parsley). Then put this mixture on the cleaned, a little beaten and peppered and salted schnitzel on both sides. Of course, put the schnitzel in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet beforehand. Then bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees (convection 180 degrees) until golden brown.
  3. In addition you serve a nice fresh salad and crusty bread.
