Ingredients

  • 0.5 kg ½ minced meat (minced meat)
  • 1 bottle Cremefine, for cooking
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 5 medium potato (s), waxy
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 4 pickles, with liquid
  • marjoram

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and roast them with the bacon in a large pan until they are translucent. Add a little vegetable oil if necessary. Then add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper and cook slowly.
  2. In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook them in salted water, not too long, otherwise they will disintegrate when mixed in the pan.
  3. When the minced meat is ready, add the marjoram, the finely chopped cucumber, a splash of the cucumber liquid and the Cremefine and simmer on a low heat.
  4. As soon as the potatoes are ready, simply strain and add to the minced meat. Mix well and place it on the switched off, but still warm stove to draw again for 15 minutes.
  5. The bacon cubes are not a must. Also tastes very good without.
