Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease the muffin cups (12 pieces). Finely chop or grate the milk chocolate. It is best to melt the butter in the microwave.
  2. Now put the flour with the baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, grated chocolate, eggs, melted butter and the sour cream in a bowl and stir with the hand mixer on low speed until the ingredients are just about mixed. Beat for 1 minute on high. Spread the batter on the molds and spread the chocolate chips on the muffins, pressing lightly.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the muffins have risen and are golden brown.
  4. Tip: If you like, you can first fill the molds halfway, then place a piece of chocolate in the middle and then pour the rest of the batter over it, so they taste even more like chocolate.
