  • 1 jar honey (about 200-300 g)
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the honey in a bowl. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and use a knife to scrape out the vanilla pulp. Add the pulp to the honey and stir well until the vanilla pulp is evenly distributed. Now place the empty vanilla pod in the honey jar and pour in the vanilla honey. Let the honey steep overnight. If the vanilla pulp settles on top over time, that`s not bad, because the aroma has already been absorbed by the honey, but if you like, you can stir in the pulp again.
