- 100 g hazelnuts, round
- 200 g butter, cold
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)

- Make a smooth shortcrust pastry from the ingredients (it shouldn`t be too sticky). Shape the dough into a roll, fill the press from below and immediately press the biscuits onto the cold, ungreased baking sheet.
