  • 1 packet baking powder
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. A coffee cup serves as a measure. Makes 18 muffins with normal sized coffee cups.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for the chopped apple with a hand mixer. Finally add the chopped apple.
  3. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool a little after baking, as the muffins are still very soft and fall apart easily, then remove them from the mold.
