Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 80 g applesauce
- 125 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 250 g oat milk (oat drink)
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 100 g dark chocolate, rouhly chopped

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
- In a bowl, stir together the applesauce, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and the oat milk. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and chocolate in another bowl and then add to the liquid ingredients. Just stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Spread the dough on the wells lined with paper liners and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, take out and let cool down.
