  • 500 g broccoli
  • 220 g chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 tablespoon chickpea flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cm ginger, fresh
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying, e.g., coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Trim and wash the broccoli. The stem is also used, but peel it well. Then chop with a food processor or medium grater. Then chop the cooked chickpeas in a food processor as well.
  2. Now mix the broccoli, chickpeas, chickpea flour and all the spices together well. Press on the mass. If it is still too moist, add a little more chickpea flour.
  3. Then twist into small meatballs and fry until golden yellow on both sides with a little oil.
