Ingredients

  • 80 g oat flakes, possibly luten-free
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran or ground almonds
  • 60 g cheese, vean (Wilmersburer pizza melt)
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped basil in olive oil, see my recipe
  • 6 tablespoon almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened, or other vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds heaped into gel, see my recipe Chia Gel822;
  • 60 g artichoke (s) from the jar, without oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some vegetable stock, granulated
  • lots coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Drain the artichokes (the artichoke flavor will be lost) and cut them very small. Mix these and all other ingredients (except the coconut oil) well by hand in a bowl and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Instead of the basil in olive oil, you can also use fresh, finely chopped basil and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 parts and form patties with your hands. In a pan with plenty of coconut oil (the patties must never be dry), fry on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Taste warm and cold with vegetables or on a burger. Vegetarians can use milk, cheese, and egg.
