Ingredients
Refined vegetable oil – 0.5 cups
Honey – 2 Art. spoons
Sugar – 1 Glass
Flour – 2 Glasses
Baking powder – 1 Piece (bag)
Cocoa – 2 Art. spoons
Water – 1 Glass
Raisins – 0.5 cups
Walnuts – 0.5 Cup
Cinnamon – 0.5 Teaspoons
Cloves – 4-5 Pieces
Jam – 6-8 Art. spoons
Sesame seeds – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Chocolate – 300 grams (black or milk)
Directions
Turn on the oven for preheating and start preparing the dough. Pour vegetable oil and sugar into the water. Put the liquid over low heat and dissolve the sugar. Add honey, stir until dissolved.
Separately pour cinnamon and cloves into the cocoa. Mix everything. Pour the mixture into the liquid. Stir until the lumps are dissolved.
Detail the nuts. Add nuts and raisins to the mixture, add baking powder. Mix all ingredients.
Add the sifted flour to the liquid. Mix well. You should have a homogeneous dough that resembles fat sour cream in density. Prepare the form. Cover with baking paper. Sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into a mold.
Bake the cake in a well-heated oven for half an hour at 200 degrees.
Remove the cake from the oven. Wait for it to cool down. Divide gently in two, cutting across into two cakes. Brush both cakes with jam. Lay on top of each other. Top with melted chocolate and sesame seeds.
