  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml liquid, e.g. water, soy milk, orange lemonade
  • 135 ml oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. First mix the liquid and dry ingredients together. Then mix the liquid with the flour mixture.
  2. The dough can be refined as desired with cocoa, rum, nuts, raisins and the like. Since the dough is relatively moist, you shouldn`t add too many moist ingredients such as fruit, for example no more than a chopped apple.
  3. Put the dough in a form lined with Bach paper and bake at 180 ° C top-bottom heat for 1 hour.
  4. The recipe is enough for a small loaf pan.
