Ingredients
- 280 g flour
- 100 g suar
- 15 g vanilla suar
- 15 g bakin powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoon applesauce or pureed apple
- 80 ml oil
- 150 ml water (carbonated is not necessary)
- nuts, cocoa powder, fruit, cinnamon etc.

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
- Put all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the applesauce, oil and water and mix everything into a smooth batter. Stir in fruit, nuts or the like as desired. Divide the batter into approx. 12-16 prepared muffin cases (depending on size).
- Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
- Tip: If the applesauce is sweetened, less sugar can be used accordingly.
