Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

For covering:

  • 300 g strawberries, frozen oods

For the sprinkles:

  • 150 grams flour
  • 80 g mararine, purely veetable
  • 6 tablespoon sugar
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Let the strawberries thaw (sprinkle with a little sugar if necessary). Let the margarine melt slowly, mix with the flour, sparkling water, sugar and baking powder.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Halve the strawberries and spread on the dough. Process margarine, sugar and flour into sprinkles and spread on top of the cake.
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
