Instructions

Dissolve two teaspoons of broth in hot water. Sprinkle in the rice flakes and leave to soak for about 10 minutes. Then pour off the water and press the mass through a tea towel.
Knead the mixture with 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs, an egg, the paprika and the rest of the broth. Shape the nuggets like meatballs with a diameter of approx. 4 cm.
Mix one egg with 1 tablespoon of milk. Turn the nuggets in it and roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the nuggets in a pan with oil for about 2 minutes on each side.
